As I was driving to work today, I was thinking about how beautiful the weather is out there. Not always having my digital camera handy, I looked in frustration at my cell phone, unable to click a shot of the snowy peak of Mt. Hood in the clean, clear distant air.
This is my favorite time of year, I think (along with the corresponding time in the fall), with the cool weather combined with beautiful sun.
I'm sure that soon I'll again be pining for rain, whether as an excuse not to mow the lawn (ugh, we're getting back to that time again, aren't we?) or as an excuse to sleep in on Saturday. But for now, bring on the sun!
